Days Inn – Zárate

Fui contratada por el Hotel Days Inn Zarate para la realización del arte para el mismo. El trabajo consistió en varias etapas.

1- Realización de una obra de 3.20 m de largo para el desayunador del hotel, realizado con tela importada FREDRIX , utilizando tintas y plumines. 
2- Un Mural para el Bar del hotel, realizado en madera, los círculos  , laminados con hoja de plata con relojes que marcan la hora actual de los países – ARGENTINA – menciono a ZARATE- JAPAN – NEW YORK Y PARIS,en referencia a la distintas empresas que se ubican en la zona .
3- Tres obras originales para los 80 cuartos. Se realizaron 240 reproducciones en papel Aleman de alta calidad.
4- Para los pasillos de las habitaciones realice dos Obras en Papel Fabriano de 300 grs., realizadas con plumones y plata a la hoja .
5- Como había tomado material fotográfico para el trabajo del mural del desayunado, eligieron 3 fotos tomadas en Blanco y negro para el recorrido del ingreso a la sala de eventos.

I was contracted by the Days Inn in Zarate, Argentina to create a broad range of original artwork for their new hotel. Among the works I produced were:

1- Oversized painting (3.20m wide) for the Breakfast Area, using inks painted with feathers upon top-grade imported fabric, FREDRIX. 
2- Mural matrix for the Bar Area consisting of wood circles laminated with silver leaf. Each circle contained a clock marking the current time of ARGENTINA (ZARATE), JAPAN, NEW YORK and PARIS – these countries referring to the headquarters of companies located in the area.
3- Three original paintings to be reproduced for each of the hotel’s 80 guest rooms. In total, 240 reproductions  were made on high-quality German paper of 300 grams.
4- Two original works of art for each of the hotel’s  room corridors, using silver leaf and  paint applied with feathers on Fabriano paper of 300 grams.
5- Three black & white photos of the mural for the Hall Area were chosen for the entrance to the Event Room.

HISTORIA DEL PUENTE ZARATE BRAZO LARGO
Realicé esta Obra del PUENTE ZARATE BRAZO LARGO- TRIPTICO de 3.20 MTS de largo por 70 CMS de altura en tela FREDRIX con tinta -brush pen y grafito.

El Complejo Ferrovial Zárate – Brazo Largo es la principal vía de comunicación entre el sur de la provincia de Entre Ríos y el norte de la de Buenos Aires, en Argentina. Este complejo tiene como figuras salientes dos puentes atirantados que se encuentran a unos 30 km de distancia entre sí, y que cruzan los ríos Paraná de las Palmas y Paraná Guazú. Este complejo fue declarado bien de interés histórico nacional en 2008.El diseño de ambos puentes estuvo a cargo de Fabrizio de Miranda. El puente que atraviesa el Paraná de las Palmas lleva el nombre de General Bartolomé Mitre. Inaugurado el 18 de Noviembre de 1977 .

The Ferrovial Zárate – Brazo Largo Complex in Argentina is the main route for rail and road transportation from the south of Entre Ríos Province through the north of Buenos Aires Province. Its salient features are two cable-fixed bridges situated some 30 km apart, which cross over the Paraná de las Palmas River in Entre Rios and the Paraná Guazú River in Buenos Aires.

The bridge over the Paraná de las Palmas was named after General Bartolomé Miter. Both bridges were designed by Fabrizio de Miranda. The ferrovial complex was inaugurated on November 18, 1977 and it was declared a Treasure of National Historic Interest in 2008.
